Magic and Stress: Yeah, they're related
Join us in person for a fun event filled with magic and stress management techniques, all while supporting the Breast Cancer Alliance. Phil Smith , our local celebrity Magician will open with some entertainment, laughter and magic. Becky Longacre will lead you in some simple meditation and Yoga to de-stress. And Taylor Blackdale will give you some free resources on health and supplemental insurance. We will then have some time for refreshment and socialization.
